Strawberry and Oats

Oats are a healthy, versatile food that can be eaten at any meal from breakfast to dinner (added to meatloaf or as a topping for crumbles).  Here are some ideas to eat more healthy oats.

Make ahead Oats and Strawberry Breakfast for Two

½ cup SOUR SUPREME®

2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

½ cup of oats

In a small bowl, add maple syrup to SOUR SUPREME®  and stir.  Take two clean Mason jars and in each jar add: 1/4 cup of oats, top with the half of the SOUR SUPREME®  mixture and ½ cup of strawberries.  Store in the fridge overnight.  In the morning take a spoon and stir mixture together to mix.  Add a bit of coconut or almond mix as desired and enjoy.
