1 tbsp lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Tofutti Sour Supreme 1 tbsp fresh chives, minced

Round Loaf Pumpernickel Party-Size Bread with Spinach Dip

1 large pkg fresh spinach

1 container Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese

1 container Tofutti Sour Supreme

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp dried basil

2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1 large round loaf dark pumpernickel bread

In a pot of boiling water, wilt spinach for about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain well. Set aside.

In a bowl of a stand-up mixer, cream together Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese and Sour Supreme, garlic, basil, oregano and salt. Stir until blended and creamy. Add cooked spinach and mix to blend.

Hollow out a circle from the centre of the pumpernickel bread so that it resembles a bowl. Cut the removed bread into chunks. Place pumpernickel bowl on a large round serving tray and place bread chunks around. Spoon spinach dip into bread bowl to fill. Wrap entire tray in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.

Use bread pieces to scoop out dip – and enjoy!

Sticky-Sweet Chicken Wings with Creamy Garlic Dip

For chicken wings:

3 lb chicken wings

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 cup water

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

For dipping sauce:

1 container Tofutti Sour Supreme

1 container Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp basil

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place chicken wings on a cookie tray lined with foil. Bake 20 minutes, and then turn wings over and bake an additional 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together white and brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, cayenne pepper, water, lemon juice and soy sauce. Pour into a large pot and cook on high until it reaches a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Remove wings from oven. Pour sauce over wings, coating each wing, or use a basting brush to paste sauce on wings. Bake for 35 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mix all dipping sauce ingredients together. Stir until creamy.

Serve wings hot with dipping sauce on the side.

Marvellous Meatballs with Dipping Sauce

For meatballs:

2 lb lean ground beef

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 red onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

For glaze:

1 large jar grape jelly

1 large jar salsa

1 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

For dipping sauce:

1 container Tofutti Sour Supreme

1 tsp basil

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two large rimmed cookie trays with foil and spray with vegetable spray.

Place ground beef, soup mix, onion, garlic and egg in a very large bowl. Wash hands; with wet hands, mix wet and dry ingredients by hand. Form into small meatballs and place, spaced about a half inch apart, on cookie trays. Bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until completely cooked.

In a large pot, stir together all glaze ingredients. Cook on medium heat until mixture starts to thicken and sugar dissolves. When meatballs are cooked, spoon them into the glaze and stir gently.

Meanwhile, in a serving bowl, make dip by mixing Tofutti Sour Supreme and basil together.

Transfer meatballs to a serving dish and serve warm with toothpicks, with dip on the side.
