For chicken wings:
3 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
For dipping sauce:
1 container Tofutti Sour Supreme
1 container Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together white and brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, cayenne pepper, water, lemon juice and soy sauce. Pour into a large pot and cook on high until it reaches a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Remove wings from oven. Pour sauce over wings, coating each wing, or use a basting brush to paste sauce on wings. Bake for 35 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mix all dipping sauce ingredients together. Stir until creamy.
Serve wings hot with dipping sauce on the side.
Marvellous Meatballs with Dipping Sauce
For meatballs:
2 lb lean ground beef
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
For glaze:
1 large jar grape jelly
1 large jar salsa
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
For dipping sauce:
1 container Tofutti Sour Supreme
1 tsp basil
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two large rimmed cookie trays with foil and spray with vegetable spray.
Place ground beef, soup mix, onion, garlic and egg in a very large bowl. Wash hands; with wet hands, mix wet and dry ingredients by hand. Form into small meatballs and place, spaced about a half inch apart, on cookie trays. Bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until completely cooked.
In a large pot, stir together all glaze ingredients. Cook on medium heat until mixture starts to thicken and sugar dissolves. When meatballs are cooked, spoon them into the glaze and stir gently.
Meanwhile, in a serving bowl, make dip by mixing Tofutti Sour Supreme and basil together.
Transfer meatballs to a serving dish and serve warm with toothpicks, with dip on the side.
